The ribeye is a flavorful, juicy cut of beef from the rib section of the cow, known for its rich marbling and tenderness.

Elwood T-Bone Steak

Popular cut of beef with a unique T-shaped center bone with two kinds of flesh on either side of the bone: the smaller, tender filet mignon and the larger, New York strip steak.

Elwood New York Steak

The New York cut, also known as a strip steak, is a lean yet tender beef cut from the short loin of the cow, prized for its bold flavor and firm texture.

The Elwood Ranch has been a cornerstone of the local Shasta and Siskiyou County communities for nearly 100 years. We at Elwood Ranch are proud to introduce our initial offering of locally grown and raised farm-to-table beef. All of the farm-to-table beef on our ranches is grass-raised and grain-finished in Northern California on our family-run operation. It is our goal to provide you with a quality product that you can trust. Elwood Ranch Beef is processed in Northern California at USDA-certified processing facilities.

We have focused on cutting-edge genetics in our herd to provide you with a superior end product. We are excited to share with you the same high-quality beef that our families have been consuming for years.
